These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Spade96 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the Spade96 website located at https://spade96.cam and all associated services, applications, games, and features available thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of Spade96, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an account on Spade96, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Spade96 enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement without exception.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You are registering voluntarily and not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously held an account on Spade96 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement with Spade96 or any connected platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on Spade96. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by name, email, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information — Spade96 reserves the right to close all additional accounts and forfeit any associated bonus funds. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts will be returned to the verified payment method where possible.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Spade96 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security. Spade96 requires all players to complete KYC verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport. Proof of address documents must be dated within three (3) months of submission. Spade96 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

Spade96 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian and international payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost (Axiata), GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT via the TRC20 network.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Spade96 does not accept deposits from payment instruments belonging to third parties. Where a third-party payment source is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are credited to your Spade96 account instantaneously upon payment confirmation. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are credited following blockchain network confirmation, which typically takes 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times stated are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, Spade96 reserves the right to process the withdrawal via an alternative verified method at its discretion.

Spade96 targets withdrawal processing within 1 to 24 hours for fully verified accounts during standard business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, Malaysian public holidays, or where additional verification is required. DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer methods.

• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to Spade96's AML monitoring. Transactions may be held for review where unusual patterns are detected.
• Spade96 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal requests.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.

Spade96 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum bonus conversion limits.

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have met all conditions stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Real-money funds are used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Spade96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of promotional offers is suspected.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedge betting strategies to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement with game outcomes, and exploiting system errors or technical faults in a manner that generates artificial promotional entitlement. Spade96 reserves the right to void wins, forfeit balances, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

All bets placed on Spade96 are subject to the Platform's betting rules, which govern accepted bet types, settlement procedures, void bet conditions, and maximum payout limits. These rules apply across all gaming products, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games.

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL, Champions League, UEFA Europa League, NBA, UFC, and other events, are offered subject to market availability and Spade96's right to suspend, restrict, or close markets at any time without notice. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and Match Result markets are settled according to official competition results. Where official results are disputed, Spade96's decision, informed by available official sources, shall be final.

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market prior to bet confirmation. Spade96 reserves the right to limit maximum payouts for individual players at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns suggest exploitation of pricing errors.

A bet shall be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours; an obvious pricing error is identified; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Spade96's determination of void bet conditions is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Spade96 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including facilitating third-party gambling, money laundering, or other illicit financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit Platform mechanics or bonus structures.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software to generate winnings outside the intended game mechanics.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits after wagering activity has occurred.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards Spade96 staff or support agents.
• Engaging in any activity that could constitute a criminal offence under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

Spade96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; compliance obligations under applicable licensing requirements; or where Spade96 determines that continued service to a player presents legal, regulatory, or financial risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Spade96 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment source where the account was not involved in fraudulent conduct.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by submitting a request to the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should specify this when making their request, as additional safeguards apply to self-exclusion requests.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without Spade96's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spade96's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Spade96 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Spade96 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability from time to time. Spade96 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, government actions, or force majeure events.

Spade96 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Spade96 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners) and with regulatory authorities where required by applicable licensing obligations.

Where a resolution cannot be reached through this internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by Spade96's licensing authority.
